“We have an opportunity to improve healthcare in Annapolis Valley now.  Your generosity will allow us to build, equip and furnish a hospice, enlarge the emergency room and enhance other healthcare programs.  Please support these projects as generously as you can.

Remember, it’s Our Community, Our Health."
- Alex Colville

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Dr. Alex Colville. Dr. Colville was a founding member of the Valley Hospice Foundation's Board of Directors. He was generous with his time and support, and graciously accepted the role of Honorary Chair of the Our Community Our Health Capital Campaign. We send our sincere condolences to his family. He will truly be missed by many.

The Valley Hospice Foundation and Valley Regional Hospital Foundation

Our Community Our Health Capital Campaign is the shared vision for improving healthcare in the Annapolis Valley.

The Valley Regional Hospital Foundation and Valley Hospice Foundation have formed a unique partnership to provide leadership for a campaign that will have a positive impact on every one of us. Whether celebrating the birth of a new Annapolis Valley resident or seeking comfort as a friend or family member nears death, we will all benefit from improved care.

Residents of the Annapolis Valley have long understood the value of caring for one another. The quality of health care and wide range of services offered in our communities has been outstanding.

Our goal is to raise $8,000,000 during this campaign
